Full Architectural Services

Where a client chooses to use our full range of architectural services from start-to-finish of a project, our work is carried out in stages, from preliminary feasibility studies through to the developed technical design and on to the construction and completion of the building works.

We also advise on the need to appoint other appropriate Conzutants, and on the best way to appoint a contractor to suit the particular requirements of each client and project.

Concept & Feasibility Design

Alongside the preparation of outline proposals to explore and clarify the clients brief, we help to identify the core project requirements and parameters, including cost, planning, sustainability and other regulatory issues.

Planning & Listed Building Applications

We are highly experienced and successful in dealing with the often complex and sensitive planning process.

We apply a knowledgeable and careful approach to the preparation, submission and negotiation of all types of planning and listed building applications, including in conservation areas and for subterranean developments.

Interior Design Services

On projects within the high-end residential sector and for private clients, we offer an in-house interior design service.

This includes leading the project team, monitoring the progress and quality of the whole design and construction team against the issues of budget, scheduling and quality control.
